Resolved - The issue reported earlier today regarding RETS performance and stability has been resolved. RETS vendors should now be seeing decreased latency and increased performance as of a short while ago.
While the ultimate root cause is still under investigation, Black Knight says they have identified a key function and taken steps to alleviate the situation for the users.
Further updates will be provided as soon as available or as needed.

Investigating - Black Knight has received reports of delayed responses from the RETS server that vendors access. BK teams say they are investigating and have been able to duplicate the issue. Black Knight is the parent company of Paragon MLS.
Note: Unlike previous reports, BK does not currently have reports of actual errors, just that the RETS server is responding more slowly than normal and is leading to some processes to timeout for vendors.
Good News: There does not appear to be any impact to the Paragon Suite of Products at this time. User experiences in Paragon and Paragon Connect are NOT impacted.
Things to consider: However, an outage to RETS can affect the currency of the MLS data that other vendors receive from Black Knight/Paragon like Homesnap, TransactionDesk and Cloud CMA. We are still looking into how this incident might affect this aspect of your services.
All Black Knight teams are fully engaged in troubleshooting and correcting this issue.

Resolved - We have just received word from Black Knight that this issue is now resolved.

Investigating - We have received reports that RETS vendors are unable to log into Black Knight's RETS servers. Black Knight is the parent company of Paragon MLS. Vendors are receiving a "Service Unavailable" message when attempting to access the RETS links. Black Knight has notified us that they have duplicated the issue and are investigating and all of their teams are fully engaged in identifying and correcting the issue.
FYI: The Paragon suite of products is unaffected by this issue. Paragon and Paragon Connect remain available with no impact for those users.
However, an outage to RETS can affect the currency of the MLS data that other vendors receive from Black Knight/Paragon like Homesnap, TransactionDesk and Cloud CMA. We are still looking into how this incident is affecting this aspect.

Resolved - Lone Wolf, parent to TransactionDesk has resolved the challenge with a third-party plugin in TransactionDesk in which Chrome was displaying the program in mobile view.

To ensure they have received the update resolving this challenge, users will need to clear their cookies in Chrome. Here is how they can do that (instructions have also been shared within the product):
• Select the lock icon to the left of the URL near the top of the browser
• Select ‘cookies’
• Select ‘pr.transactiondesk.com’ and hit ‘remove’
• If you see transactiondesk.com, please select that option and hit remove as well
• Finally, refresh the page and login again to have your view return to normal

Identified - Due to a challenge with a third-party plugin, the newest version of Chrome is detected as a mobile application and is displaying TransactionDesk in mobile view. If you are experiencing this challenge with Chrome, please use a different browser. Firefox, Edge and Safari are all acceptable alternatives.

Lone Wolf, the parent of TransactionDesk, is working on a resolution to be deployed today and there may be some system slowness as a result. Lone Wolf apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks you for your patience as they work to resolve this challenge.
